NOTAM LUNDI 22 OCTOBRE – TRAVAUX TAXIWAYS
Lundi 22 octobre à partir de 8h30, le fossé de drainage du taxiway delta sera nettoyé. Un camion et une pelleteuse bloqueront le taxiway et le passage des avions sera impossible. La personne responsable pourra être contactée par radio sur 123.500.

On Monday, October 22, 2018, starting at 08:30 AM, the drainage ditch of the Taxiway Delta will be cleaned. A truck and an excavator will therefore block the taxiway and make it impossible for aircraft to pass. Please use the radio on 123.500 to communicate with the person in charge.
STATION AVGAS – MARDI 9/10 à JEUDI 11/10/2018
Nous vous informons que la station AVGAS sera fermée du mardi 9/10 8h au jeudi 11/10 18h car TOTAL remplacera tout l’appareil de distribution ainsi que l’automate.

Les haies situées en bout des pistes de Vendée Air Park seront taillées dans la journée de lundi 1er octobre et les pistes seront momentanément fermées durant cette intervention pour un maximum de 30 minutes; durant cette intervention, lors d’une approche de VAP, il sera possible de joindre la personne en charge des travaux par radio pour avoir plus de précision.
The pruning of the hedges located at the end of the runways will be performed on Monday, October 1st. Consequently the runways will be momentarily closed for a maximum of 30 minutes during the pruning. When approaching VAP, if the work is in progress, you will have the possibility to contact the person in charge by radio for getting more precisions.
NOTAM : 18 SEPTEMBRE 2018 – TAILLE DES HAIES

NOTAM : SAMEDI 15 SEPTEMBRE 2018 18H – VOL DE MONTGOLFIERE
Un envol de montgolfière à proximité du seuil de la piste 21 est prévu le Samedi 15 Septembre 2018 à partir de 18 h, les pistes seront fermées pendant les opérations de mises en œuvre et de décollage des ballons. Entre 18H00 et 20H00 (LOC) toute procédure d’arrivée ou de départ, est soumise à autorisation préalable par contact radio sur 123.5 ou contact téléphonique au 06 95 09 83 93.

A hot air balloon flight near the beginning of the runway 21 is scheduled on Saturday, September 15th 2018, from 6 PM. The tracks will be closed during the operations of implementation and take-off of the ballons. Between 6 PM and 8 PM (LOC), any arrival or departure procedure is subject to prior authorization by radio contact on 123.5 or phone call at 06 95 09 83 93.
